green/yellow requirements (jumping kicks)

Detailed requirements for the third cord (green/yellow) for Capoeira Volta ao Mundo students. The course is designed to go through all the kicks, fitness, dodges, instruments and toques required to get the green/yellow cord.

After the course you will have to pass the quiz in order to receive your cord.

Keep in mind that you will also have to have the right number of classes and rodas attended to get the cord as well.
