Basic CapoKids Moves

In this course you will learn all the kicks, dodges and moves needed to move up to the next level in Capoeira.

You also will be tested by one of our teacher to get your next level but the completion of this course will help your grades and it will be an excellent way to have all the requirements on demand for whenever you need to take a look at them.

Mestre Rony uses the help of his students to show all the requirements necessary to get your next cord with confidence. By signing up for the course you will also have access to a private Zoom sessions with Mestre Rony or one of the capoteachers for questions.

The course include videos with the forms of the kicks and dodges plus commentaries from Mestre Rony about hints and suggestions on the kicks.
